I was told by Rainbird to return my malfunctioning sprinkler controller to Ferguson, Lexingto, SC. Upon arrival, Stanley greeted me. I explained the instructions ai was given and he admitted that he never heard that before. Since good customer service is extremely rare these days, I immediately braced for the worse.
