I was in yesterday, 2/13. I went to purchase a new kitchen faucet after the pricey Kohler faucet I bought there in the summer of 2023 for our kitchen remodel, totally self destructed and could not be fixed and all parts are backordered. I walked through the showroom for at least 15 minutes, no salesperson in sight other than one who was working with customers. I flagged someone down and requested a salesperson. Absolute worst customer service. I got what I needed from F. W. Supply. No issues with order and clarity
I bought a farm sink in biscuit. It came with a plastic sink strainer. Ferguson ordered a steel strainer to keep with the vibe of the sink.
I can't thank Tony enough for the time and patience that he gave to us while picking out stuff for our new kitchen and bathroom. He has impeccable taste and truly helped to create beautiful rooms for us. So many phone calls and changes on our side but he was sweet and kind through it all! Great experience. Thank you Tony!
