We have had a good run as I have been buying supplies as a diy home owner & very satisfied. I am upset of course… wanted to support my local business always but when you won’t deal with me anymore because I am not a “professional”, w/o an account, is simply ridiculous. Yes, I wanted a Hvac part and I do have an advanced engineering degree so you won’t sell it to me… Amazon here I come.
Purchasing is not a problem but when your told you can just return if needed...simple, right. No...your charged with extreme return fees and then part of your returns are lost and not refunded. This has been very frustrating. Oh I forgot...I also received many items I didn't purchase but brought them all back but I didn't charge them a return fee...mmm! Would never purchase anything from them again.!!!
Hi , i'm doing my house renovation i been this store several times bought a stuff like vanity , toilet seat extra extra. today i went there return my vanity buy other one . i dropped on other side of the store when i came to back store to get return receipt they charged me 150 dollars for shipment even i returned back them . We stopped into Ferguson yesterday to explore bathroom faucets and fixtures for our master bathroom remodel, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
