I have done many renovation projects in the past. However, I walked in today to do a bathroom renovation and the reception woman up front was very kind and professional but I got I’ve got a representative named Gracie, who appeared very cold, short answered and not very helpful. My experience with Ferguson Home has been extremely disappointing. The built-in refrigerator installed in my newly constructed home became defective within weeks. Since then, I have dealt with repeated appointment cancellations, missed commitments, and consistently inaccurate information. Even after the manufacturer approved a full replacement, Ferguson failed to deliver the unit as promised. Beautiful store, very nice lighting and great staff! ... Much better than the Old Casket company that was there before them! The building is very beautiful now!
Burlington ma. worst company I have ever dealt with Ordered 2 bathroom faucets told me it take a week called me said they were in shipped to me wrong faucets not even close to what I ordered.I think they were for a nail salon.
