I went to Ferguson looking for premium water heaters with self cleaning features and they've got the State Proline XE 50 gallon power vent which look great, easy to install and work great. I called the store first and the person on the phone was friendly and attentive. It's a relatively small store that doesn't have every part that we need so I had to make a quick pit stop at Home Depot for a few items. But with small shop come personalized attention and I wasn't surprised when they wheel the unit out to my van and help me l... read more
