Awesome supply house. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Superior material and supplies. Great inventory of Milwaukee packout and tools as well.
Horrible customer service… Had an emergency plumbing call & showed up at 3:50!!! 7/1/23 to pickup my part and the closing guy already locked up & told me “try again tomorrow?!” PLEASE UPDATE CLOSING TIME TO 3:50!!
Went to get a part for a Koehler toilet. Great knowledgeable staff. Not only did they the right part they also replaced the broken part but the showed me how to install it in the toilet tank. Would absolutely use them again should the need arise.
Came in during open hours. No one would wait on me and the are rude.
