A great customer service, incredible showroom lots of options beautiful ideas and designs and their showroom. Knowledgeable staff also a contractor and Plumbing parts house is attached to the other side, which is pretty awesome first time here but was very impressed with the customer service.
Go to plumbing shop, everyone is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to help with any need.
Speak with your $$ and go somewhere less elitist. Every time I’ve been here, the staff are minimally helpful and without an appointment they seem remarkably annoyed by any product questions. I’ve been treated better visiting showrooms in the Bay Area such as Rejuvenation and Restoration Hardware.
Excellent customer service and great products..Very friendly and helpful.
