After a huge fail at another plumbing supply company I had low expectations for this one. However, I was met by a guy who looked at it and said, oh it’s one of those toilets!! He looked at the installation guide for the dimensions, and came back with exactly what I needed to make it work. He said it was an ugly solution but it would do the job. Tried to return a state water heater. Scott made it impossible he said to exchange the unit I would need to purchase a brand new identical model and then wait for Ferguson to put the money back on my card. State called and Scott was rude and condescending to the State employee mocking him and stating “what didn’t you hear I’m not replacing it unless he buys a new one “ he was becoming so angry I just left and told the State employee we will deal with another person had to reload water heater and go home.
