I recently came to this store with no knowledge but a little bit of hope that I could leave with whatever part that I needed to fix my shower. Only coming in with a picture of my shower valve… Sam was able to look at it and with pure confidence tell me what brand it was. What part it was. I just wanted to thank Sean or Shawn for his excellent service. I went in with very little knowledge and he swooped in and got me everything I needed. I even had to call the store to get some advice on something I was stuck on and he got me through it. I don’t know the persons name but some other guys answer was “call a plumber” Sean was professional in store and on the phone and was beyond super helpful. Thank you pal!! You’re a lifesaver!!
