Doug was very helpful. They have a nice showroom and they use quality products. Avoid buying Kohler or other quality plumbing supplies from Lowe’s or Home Depot.
Toilet arrived broken. When I called to get a replacement I was told they will NOT be sending a new one and that I would HAVE TO bring the broken 180lbs toilet to their warehouse and pickup a new one myself. I was told “if we ship it again it’s just going to break again” 🤯 Maybe shipping a toilet in a cardboard box with literally no padding or styrofoam isn’t a great idea.
The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. You may find what you need here. If they don't have stock on hand, they can make an order for you.
