Great experience
Hi, I'm Ashlei Matthews, owner of Ashco Septic. We lost our probing rod on a job site and needed a new one stat for the weekend emergency calls. The listing said Ferguson Plumbing closed at 4:30, and I walked in at 4:29. The gentleman behind the counter said that he had just closed down and I asked if he could please take one more transaction. This man went above and beyond to make sure I got my probing rod which allowed me to work over the weekend. I will be back for my septic/plumbing needs.

Great experience
Very slow customer service. And then when they finally decide to ask if you want help, they don’t offer anything useful. “Sorry I don’t know plumbing but if you have hvac questions…”. And then the other guy helps but not really. Then they sell me the wrong part which I don’t know until I’ve left and gotten home with a part I can’t use. Heading back to the big box stores that surprisingly know more about a million parts in the store than do these experts in plumbing.
