Tried to call in a simple order this morning with 2 separate items at it. One small brass plumbing part and 1 box of HVAC pipe. I was told that I have to talk to 2 different departments separately because I have a plumbing part in an HVAC part. Then when they transfer me to those departments, no one answers the phone and I get sent to voicemail. And all that is after you navigate the touchstone system that answers the phone initially. This company could not make it more difficult to phone an order in if they tried. I gave up... read more
I almost never leave a review for a place or store that I have been at. But the customer service I experienced from Ferguson' was terrible. The employees were no help at all, they seemed extremely inexperienced in plumbing and we're just there to cash people out. The only reason this organization deserves a 1 star is because I was given another hardware store for me to purchase the valve I needed.
