Great when they answer the phone. No chance im on hold for 10min, then 5 min, then 5min. Maybe they need to hire a phone guy.
Walked into this Ferguson Plumbing store in San Gabriel, the other day in search of Hardware mounting nut to mount a pull down sprayer sink. I was not greeted til I got there attention, then the gentleman on the end counter right in front of me, didn't look like he was having a good morning, no smile, almost like he's asking himself, what did I do to deserve this? Last time I walk into that place of business!! Still, I deserved better customer service an I correct? I mean we , the customers, pay their wages. The End
All plumbing supplies needed, they had them on stock. Quick and easy grab an go!!!
Asked about a simple adapter, they let me just keep it for free, as it was a cheap piece. Well definitely be back for any future plumbing needs!
