Mike at the counter sale was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in finding a replacement for my discontinued shower cartridge. I was very impressed with his professionalism and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store for plumbing supplies.
For semi drivers: Nice place to deliver to. Appointment was 7am and they had me in a dock right away despite the sign saying they don't start receiving until 7:30. Got me unloaded in a reasonable time. Easy to back in if you turn right and pull up next to the adjacent building (see screenshot) - there's enough room to get almost straight and then back right in. Easier than trying to do a 90 in with all the equipment in the way.
Do not come to this please if you don’t want stuck with your 53 feet semi truck . Tight place not enough space to back in to dock properly. The stuff is so rude . My appt was on Monday and I came in on time but they refused to unload my trailer and rescheduled to Thursday which was unrespectful . Do not ever think to come here either for pick up or delivery. They never likes truck drivers ,
I arrive at 7am to delivery 3 pallets and they unload at 9am .!! Slow place for deliveries
