I went to Ferguson’s Leesburg Branch today to buy replacement bidet supply lines & received exceptional customer service!! The staff helped me to identify the Kohler parts for a discontinued Kohler bidet faucet, asked when/where I purchased it (2020/Amazon), & told me it was still under warranty. Then, Andy proactively called Kohler, told them the parts I needed, gave them my contact info and Kohler will send the replacement parts at no charge!
