They didn't have my part because faucet manufacturers want to destroy all that is good in the world with their proprietary connections. The staff was immensely helpful in pointing me the right direction.

The minute we called in, the customer service was incredible! During the call, the customer service rep told us what location had the part we needed and put a hold for us.
