The counter staff was not friendly. The part showing on the picture online doesn't match the stock in store. The staff would not show the part without the purchase. After we made the purchase, and turn out the part was not the same as pictured on the website, the staff just blame the picture is wrong.

So much more than the plumbing section in the big box hardware stores. The staff knows what they're talking about and tradesmen and tradeswomen so here. Even if you aren't a plumber, come down just to look at all the fittings - stupendous!

Don't expect a retail experience like Home Depot here. This is a more of a trade distributor where 95% of the business is plumbers picking up commercial orders, leaving about 5% for the everyday consumer. If you are in the plumbing or construction industry, it's a fantastic spot for streamlined pre-orders. Great selection of items. The staff is friendly but I was waiting for over 30 min for 1 item. It's a normal thing to have a long wait at this branch. But if you need something they probably have it!

The staff is always helpful and they have a great selection of materials in stock.
