Very disappointing experience. I was sent here by my guy at Tru Value. They didn’t have the part I needed — a shower head aerator/washer — but he assured me Ferguson would, and they’d be great to work with. I arrived at the store upbeat and smiley, and said I’d been sent by Tru Value. I was approached by an employee named Tosh who immediately started peppering me with questions, “who sent you? Purchased a nice range from them, but there were so many problems getting it delivered and installed. Many communication and scheduling issues. Continually tried speaking with managers, but none would return phone calls. Nice appliances but customer service is severely lacking.
