Frankie went above and beyond his role to help me find a solution instead of selling products in the store's inventory. He even reached out to his team for some recommendations/solutions, and responded on the following day. Excellent service. Had an emergency flood and needed a pump. They had just sold out like everyone else but the folks there went out of their way to get me an open box pump they were using for their own office. Thank you!
