Great experience. They can set up a whole file to bridge the communication with the builder or contractor. You will love it if you can get an appointment with Robin. A wealth of knowledge. There’s a reason she has like 20 awards on her shelf!
We had a great experience here! Melissa was so helpful and knowledgeable! She was happy to help us and was patient with our decision making. She had great ideas and showed us lots of options. Would definitely recommend!
Melissa Randall was the worst sales representative I’ve ever dealt with. She made the experience very uncomfortable. I highly recommend avoiding her when scheduling an appointment. The front desk and all the other representatives were very friendly, except for Melissa Randall. We were supposed to look at faucets and fixtures, but we ended up stopping at just the faucets due to the experience.
Great quality, but prices are high out of our price range!
This organization is the absolute worst. To deal with. This is a cultural issue. I openly heard representatives showing favoritisms to customers inside stepping policies to capture a sale. When you call for help, if you don't give them the magic code, you will not get any help. This is a top-down approach to ensure that the company PAYS NOTHING AFTER THE SALE. WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
