I was missing part out of a trim kit and was sent another trim kit to retrieve the part and send it back. I Sent it back directly the next day after I received my return label and was charged for the full kit 30 days later. I had proof of the tracking and the return order number showing that it was received. I sent pictures that everything of the proof I had and still had to go to my bank to dispute the charge. Definitely not good business as I will not be a returning customer.

Horrible customer service. We went in looking for new shower fixtures. We were told someone would be with us as soon as they were available. There were at least three people in there just sitting around staring at their phones. After maybe 10 minutes a sales person finally showed up. We were interested in two possible options and they said they'd go get some quotes. That was the last we saw of them.
