Horrible customer service. We went in looking for new shower fixtures. We were told someone would be with us as soon as they were available. There were at least three people in there just sitting around staring at their phones. After maybe 10 minutes a sales person finally showed up. We were interested in two possible options and they said they'd go get some quotes. That was the last we saw of them. So I went in and did 2 appointments with Michelle and since then she has been the absolute worst to work with. I met with her for a plumbing and lighting bid. The plumbing bid took a month for me to get back. She still has not given me my lighting bid and it's been over a month. She does not answer any emails, any phone calls from me or my contractor. I have also left messages for the floor manager Woody to change consultants and of course he never returned my call.
