If you are in the trades, I would avoid this location. Customer service is terrible. They do not answer the phones, or address anyone when you go to pick up online orders. If you have an issue its impossible to get anyone on the phone, even the corporate number. After days of trying to cancel an order that was never picked up, I finally had to dispute the charge with Visa.
Delivered in a semi truck tight space to turn around & only have one dock available for Recieving
Don’t use Ferguson. I have called and left messages 5 times, spoke with one sales associate who didn’t know anything. Called Nordic Kitchens and everything was ordered and scheduled in 20 minutes. This treatment seems to be the MO of Ferguson / they don’t return calls!!
