Manny in the parts department was AWESOME! He did so much to help me figure out what to do about a broken faucet that I should have payed him for being my plumber. It pays, big time, to talk to people who know what they're talking about.
Are used to deliver water heaters for Ferguson and now I am in operations. Every time I would need to go to the Yonkers location in Raleigh Kevin Niebauer was always very helpful and very pleasant to work with! What an awesome company and what an awesome guy he is!
Showroom hours on Saturday are 10AM to 5PM. We arrived at 8:30AM & they are closed.

After figuring out that my Moen bath/shower faucet no longer worked, I ordered a replacement faucet from Ferguson and paid upfront. I was told that the faucet would be available to be picked up in three days. After calling about it four times it finally showed up twenty-eight days after I ordered it with no good explanation why it took so long. During that long wait I was not able to use the shower in that bathroom.
