Nick is singlehandedly the best front desk sales rep ever! They had what we needed, and when we showed up after closing due to traffic, they still took care of us with a smile and got us situated with everything we needed, and at fantastic prices! It is impossible for us to not recommend this location and if we could give more than 5 stars, we would!
If you want to waste half of your day try getting someone to answer the phone call this place or any other Ferguson in the metroplex. Called Euless branch, hung up after 15 minutes waiting on a live person. Called Pantego arlington location, hung up after 10 minutes. Called Fort Worth location and hung up after 10 minutes. Ridiculous. I called moore supply they answered immediately. Ferguson customer service isn’t for professionals.
