I was sent here to get a Christy precast water box. It was my first time in, staff was helpful and friendly.
Terrible phone customer service
I thought I would go to one place to get my pipe fitting, but still had to go elsewhere because they didn't have all. Got the ones they had, had to wait in line awhile because only one person at the register the other two was to busy putting displays up on their register than to help customers. When I paid for the fittings the prices are two to three times the price of other places, will never go here again
I'm a trained plumbing professional who shops at plumbing suppliers everywhere. This branch has got to be hands down the worst plumbing supply house in San joaquin country, maybe even the state. Trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone is a wast of time or if you do they will tell you they have what you need but when you get there they are out of stock because no one bothers to check anything and end up costing me time and money to which their response is "that sucks" you can tell no one truly cares about customer service ... read more
