As a fellow Colorado business owner, I find this review incredibly disappointing abdolaziz azimi . Shout out to Emily for following proper protocol and maintaining professional boundaries at the counter. ​Commercial accounts and industry-specific discounts exist for a reason. I own a plumbing contracting business, but I don't walk into a restaurant supply house or a local eatery, flash my plumbing license, and expect a discount on food just because I run a business. I compared prices after shopping here and found some items were priced extremely higher than other suppliers. For example, a pipe fitting that cost around $90 at another supplier was sold to me here for about $158 plus tax. I have a contractor/construction account and expected fair contractor pricing, but many prices still appeared far above market value.
