WORST experience ever! Front desk folks couldn’t help because they aren’t plumbers…ok, got it. No other customers in store. Asked for me to wait for ‘Harry’ who was in meeting. One female never spoke to any customer the entire time I was there. Just watched them and chewed her gum. Kid I spoke to was first day on counter and other guy didn’t speak English well. He did ask what shower pan I have and when I told him the brand of shower pan, he didn’t know that you sold it (but on Google, you do sell it) and my contractor verif... read more
Great place! I showed up at 0730 for 0800 appointment. Receiving told me to back into the door when the other driver pulled out. By the time I had slid my axles he was gone
This warehouse is one of the laziest and most unprofessional places They first canceled my appointment and pushed it to the next day. When I finally came back, they wasted over 4 hours just to unload my trailer. The staff and supervisor clearly don’t value a driver’s time. Very poor management and no respect for truckers. They ended up wasting my entire day.”
