We gave these folks a shot to supply us with several properties worth of supplies but it only took one interaction to ensure us it’s not the place we need to go. The effort from the sales folks whether it be online , by phone or in person lack enthusiasm and professionalism. Thank goodness we found a guy locally who helped set us up with local supply houses with better service and who can meet our daily stock needs . Ferguson needs to do better !!!
First impression, was great. I was thinking okay another industrial store experience but the staff was very accommodating. Helped bring the products to my vehicle. Nice atmosphere.
