First impression, was great. I was thinking okay another industrial store experience but the staff was very accommodating. Helped bring the products to my vehicle. Nice atmosphere.

Wish I could put the rating lower. Confused on where to go in to shop for tools. Walked around for a bit looking for what I wanted and when I couldn't I asked for help with the employees. Me: "Hi do y'all have any Knipex tools?" Employee: "No. Are you trying to work on your house?" Me:"My house?
