Bad experience with Customer Service via Local location and Phone interaction.
Worst customer service I have ever received. Staff refused to help me find items I needed and told me to email their support team instead. Reason stated “I’m not a plumber” but I think it was because they simply didn’t feel like it because they knew how to leave for the lunch area all to well (at 2:30 pm) Fortunately one of the other customers took putty on me and showed me where to find a garden hose coupling which took literally 30 seconds.
It's know as a very expensive and 85% of the time rude and / or personal that work there just are not knowledgeable and don't follow though. My last time ( and was my last time) trying to find a replacement shower core valve from them and the complete shower system was purchased from them. They asked for a part number and photo's both of which i gave to them. I even sent photos of the complete system page that had all the info and all this was a three week process and done only by texting because they refused to talk on the ... read more
Extremely disappointed with the service here. I came in ready to buy locally, but the staff was rude and didn't even bother to ask what I was looking for. I ended up finding exactly what I needed on Amazon in seconds. It’s a shame when local businesses make it this difficult to support them.
