I purchased a Jacuzzi from the Daphne, Al store over a month ago and it was delivered within 5 days but the tub was cracked and I've been trying to get a replacement for almost a month. When I call they said they will track it and call me back which they never have after 6 calls I still don't have my replacement. I guess my final step is to ask for a refund.
