Counter staff is very helpful. Great product knowledge with speedy service. Their cheerful smiling faces always brighten up even the worst of days. They even cooled off the hot cast iron fittings that had been sitting out in the sun for me.
Must be for trade people only. Not helpful and zero cares - if you are a general customer seeking parts or advice, I wouldn’t waste your time.
I went to Ferguson’s counter sales yesterday searching for a solution to a 1966 plumbing issue. Zane helped me figure out just what I needed by discussing all the options and costs. He will also confirm the product with my plumber before the item is ordered. This was not the kind of problem that could be solved at a big box store because the fixture I needed isn’t sold at those kinds of stores. Lovely above and beyond service from Zane. I called and asked if they had a tool I needed to fix my toilet and he told me to just bring in the tank and he'd loosen it for me. After buying a house that needs lots of work, I now have a go-to business for my future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!
