This place is wild haha one of their counter salesman Cody is married to an employee at tp howards plumbing its called conflicts of interest. Won't shop there anymore will be contacting the hq to see whats going on with that.
Good grief this place sucks. The layout is dumb, their office shouldn’t be behind the main entrance. The staff isn’t helpful, theyre extremely slow and have no concern to work in a timely manner. They’ve got to the pvc fitting’s against the windows where they can get degraded by the sun. The organization is asininely counter intuitive. I’m amazed a business that operates with such a horrendous store front can survive, probably because there isn’t much competition, otherwise this kinda nonsense could not endure.
Yikes! This front desk staff needs to have a crash course in welcome and hospitality services. Maybe take a cue from, or a field trip to, meet the manager and team at Ferguson in beautiful Greenville, South Carolina or Asheville, North Carolina. These employees were so non-plussed by my needs it's as if I was invisible. The people working the front desk are very nice and helpful and know what they are doing. You just go in, ask for your part, and they give it to you, really convenient.
