The high marks are for the staff who was exceedingly helpful and customer focused. Special shoutouts to ChrisP and Zane. Zane is inZane about plumbing. Management gets a 2. The only negs are where the store is located, signage is poor. There is zero handicap access to the store.
I just paid $5 more than at Lowe's for the exact same part....and I'd do it again. At Lowe's I got pointed to an Isle#. At Ferguson, the expert at the counter found the exact part I needed and then explained to me exactly how I needed to install it for the best result. The customer service made the difference for me in my DIY experience.
They actually help you here unlike big box stores, and they have a great selection
