Delivery appointment at 11 checked in at nine. They offloaded me around 10 did a good job.
Edit: they brought the hot dogs back!!! 10 stars fellas... 10 Im impressed, feel like a kid in a candy store. Well done Fergy, well done. After talking with Chad on this subject ive come to realize that the plumbers didnt always respect this privilege that yall offered and at times wouldnt clean up after themselves. Chad is always on top of it. Had a mix-up getting an outdoor tankless water heater for a disabled customer, no problem, things happen. Went in this morning to see about clearing up confusion and get a new delivery time frame. He had it ready first thing this morning, and I was able to take care of my customer. Thanks brother, and of course thanks Ferguson.
