Delivery appointment at 11 checked in at nine. They offloaded me around 10 did a good job.

After talking with Chad on this subject ive come to realize that the plumbers didnt always respect this privilege that yall offered and at times wouldnt clean up after themselves. Since that conversation as well, they have installed a new fountain machine. Changing this to 5 stars for Chad and the counter crew only! Bring back the hot dogs for the lunch hour! Chad is always on top of it. Had a mix-up getting an outdoor tankless water heater for a disabled customer, no problem, things happen. Went in this morning to see about clearing up confusion and get a new delivery time frame. He had it ready first thing this morning, and I was able to take care of my customer. Thanks brother, and of course thanks Ferguson.
