Dune Don't even bother with other plumbing supply stores, it's a waste of your time and money compared to going to Ferguson's. 5 stars all day long!
Home Depot suggested Ferguson for a Moen cartridge for the shower. Time was short. I arrived 2 minutes before closing. Salesman showed me three possible choices and suggested the most commonly purchased one. He was correct! Of course when I returned home, the cartridge puller from Moen broke the cartridge. After an hour of chiseling out the old one carefully, the one from Ferguson slid right in! Kudos to Ferguson. Me, a customer at closing gets the same great service as a large contractor. Asked for information on item on a new build. I was shown a few models. When I asked about a different style I was told he didn't have time to search for me. Needless to say I won't be getting any items for residential build from kitchen to bathrooms to lighting from Ferguson. They don't have time.
