Home Depot suggested Ferguson for a Moen cartridge for the shower. Time was short. I arrived 2 minutes before closing. Salesman showed me three possible choices and suggested the most commonly purchased one. He was correct! Of course when I returned home, the cartridge puller from Moen broke the cartridge. After an hour of chiseling out the old one carefully, the one from Ferguson slid right in! Kudos to Ferguson. Me, a customer at closing gets the same great service as a large contractor.
