Guys at the counter are always helpful, Evan especially, the showroom people are knowledgeable, Stephanie is who I use, and she does great. Almost always can get something right then and there or the next day. Super convenient.
Had to knock down my initial review, still 3 stars for past quality experience though. Tried to buy a filter/drier so a licensed tech/friend had everything needed to repair my home AC system. Was told this item was only sold to contractors even though it contains no freon or regulated substances. Oh well, Amazon will have the same one at my door tomorrow. Shop local, they say!
