I should have read the reviews before purchasing from Ferguson again. Our order has been messed up from the beginning. Had wrong address and person on order. The order did not arrive when stated and the order was not correct when received. We used Ferguson for our bathrooms and kitchen in 2013 and they were great. The service is not the same.

As a small business owner who works diligently to provide great service to my clients, it is very discouraging to enter this large supplier. They have all the supplies I could ever need and I always try to buy locally, but the people employed there make me want to drive out of my way to the Gastonia or Charlotte locations for future needs.
