Kalamazoo/Portage Kilgore Location-Guy at the Counter was very Demeaning and I had the feeling quite Bias. I am native American and I haven't been talked to that rude at a store ever. He looked at the part I brought in said he didn't know what it was-but then say he hadn't worked on those for years.(But yet he said he didn't know what it was) It's from a 3 year old Faucet I got a Menards. Drove 30 min to this place, arrived 10 minutes before they closed…place was all locked up but someone opened the door as I was getting in my car to leave. I asked for a “fitting to connect to a water meter, the brand is Neptune, I have a picture”…he just very rudely replied “I’ve never heard of it” I respond “you’ve never heard of a water meter?!” He responds “I have 25 years experience!” And points to a sign. Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Ferguson Team, I had bought a toilet a year or so ago and was having issues with the seat. Shannon Hickman had me bring home a new toilet seat and said no problem and warrantied it for me. I sent him a email with the pictures and confirmed I could throw it away on Friday around 8:30pm and I wasn't expecting him to email me back till Monday but around 10pm I got a response and he said absolutely and I was shocked he emailed me. You normally don't get that type of service at a large busine... read more
