Do not order or return to/from this place. It’s been two weeks since I returned $3000.00 worth of broken or wrong item delivered (and missing item not delivered) products out of $6,500.00 and still no refund. When we inquired, were told there was delays on the East Coast shipping which is why the refund hasn’t happened. Why am I dealing with the East Coast? Sounds like a you problem, not mine. Amazing service. Home Depot left me hanging and Ferguson bailed me out. Tim handled everything on the phone and was able to find what I needed and get it in short order. Dave and Jeremy (I think) helped me at the store and were prompt and friendly. Very efficient operation and friendly to boot. I will be back. Edit 2/28/25.
