Final update. Had to dispute charge for toliet with VISA. Once VISA got involved, we received our money back. Ferguson did absolutely nothing to help us. Update: still no refund. No follow up by customer service or salesperson. Horrible experience. Warning... Ferguson places an order with build.com and you're at the mercy of a faceless website and poor delivery service.
