Extremely rude and unhelpful , employees acted as if they didnt want to be there
In May 2025 , we paid $300+ for Pfister kitchen faucet . Sales woman told us it was well made . Several weeks ago it started leaking . We called Ferguson and their answer was to call Pfister bc they couldn’t help us . We called Pfister and they sent us the cartridge part for free but we were responsible to pay the plumber who charged $225. How that for service !
Enzo was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was so easy to work with. He made the selection process go smoothly. Ferguson has a beautiful selection of bathroom fixtures.
