Service sucks
First time here. I am not a pro. Needed replacement faucet compression valve for a commercial kitchen sink I didn't know the brand of, but had the part with me I'm hope they'll have many different ones or at least help me identify the right one. They didn't have a lot and they did not help identify it, though after 5 minute digging in their system they offered me something which was visibly rather different.
