Appointment only got here a day early only have 8 pallets to unload .nice guy but there policy's suck if I have known I would have refused and left there product where I picked it up from
This is by far the worst Ferguson I’ve been to . I work for a mechanical company so it’s safe to say we use these guys a lot . I’ve never had an issue until I came to this store . It’s by far one of the most disorganized places . There was only one person up at the front , which then broke away to flirt and talk away his life with one of the delivery drivers . We visited the counter area yesterday. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and offered assistance. Eddie was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, took time to answer all of our questions and made sure we had all of the information we needed when we left. We were very pleased with the experience and will continue to be customers of Fergusons and of this location
