I had a Rheem on demand hot water heater installed at my residence and had nothing but problems with it for 8mos. It finally quit working and it turned into a big fiasco to get it replaced under warranty. Ferguson finally replaced it with a Navian and it works 100% better. The Branch Manager Steven at Ferguson took very good care of us and is much appreciated.
The staff went above and beyond to help. Thankful for all they did.
One of my favorite supply houses, great well rounded crew of guys that provide top notch customer service. I use to be all about Slakey Bros, but Luke Greenly over the last couple months made me a regular Ferguson customer. Theres many occasions i ask his opinion about services or installs hes a great plumber as well. This guy makes it happen I totally appreciate this shop and the reps. Thank you so much for the amazing help.
These guys are awesome went in there showed the guy what I thought I needed turns out he knew how it went together better than I did. Then after understanding how everything went together he realized I was missing a gasket so no charge gave me a gasket for a part I didn't even buy there! Just amazing customer service I'll never go anywhere else now for any of my plumbing needs! Thanks for the help guys!
