Went to get some plumbing parts today and there was a sales person in Paul D. Who was very rude and unprofessional. I would ask him for a coupling his answer would be you need a plumber I can’t do your job for you instead of recommending parts that I was looking for. I would never come back here and be help with this person again
This place is extremely tight to maneuver in a sleeper.
Absolutely incredible customer service! People working here is amazing and extremely knowledgeable! Basically saved our life on a difficult job we had Recommended and coming back when needed for sure!
Our water heater died. We looked around for a reasonable tankless system and found it at Ferguson. Much better service and price than from the big box stores. Paul was extremely helpful. He helped us choose the unit. He let us know it was coming from a local warehouse and would be there in a day or 2. We ordered it, and it was ready to pick up the next day. Impressive. Outstanding service. Thank you very much, Paul.
