Our water heater died. We looked around for a reasonable tankless system and found it at Ferguson. Much better service and price than from the big box stores. Paul was extremely helpful. He helped us choose the unit. He let us know it was coming from a local warehouse and would be there in a day or 2. We ordered it, and it was ready to pick up the next day. Impressive. Outstanding service. Thank you very much, Paul.
I needed a very small part for my kitchen faucet and Ferguson didn't have it in stock, but Jeremy took the time and effort to call around to their other suppliers until he found one, which was mailed to them. He called me back within a few days to say the part was there and when I went to pick it up it was marked "Free"! I know it was a small inexpensive part, but I was more than willing to pay for the time and effort if nothing else. I was told not to worry about it. I call that outstanding customer service.
These guys have everything and are super friendly.
