I went in there for 2 items. Front desk person/greeter was abrupt and took time to correct my pronunciation of an item but couldn't take time to ask if there was nothing else that I needed. Poor customer service at this location.
Stores with sales reps should advise on basic criteria to ensure you receive the proper products. And when they don't, the store should cover returns costs to do so. We spoke to a sales rep in the showroom to purchase toilets for our home... Later after getting a plumber to install them, we come to find out that the rough-in distance for one of the bathrooms is 10in instead of 12in. Turns out this is the one basic measurement that clearly someone selling a toilet would want to confirm before selling a toilet. Return/exchange... read more

I worked with Jason through our home design. there was lots of choices available, almost overwhelming.
