My husband and I can in the store looking for plumbing fixtures for our upcoming remodel. No one greeted us or asked if we needed any help. We browsed from about 30/35 min with no assistance. As we were leaving another couple was greeted with with a warm response and immediately asked if they needed assistance and how they could be helped.
Worked with Antonio to obtain parts for our Hansgrohe kitchen faucet. He was polite, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!
