I just left the Pharr location. Patty has been very kind and helpful on every visit I have made to this location. She is the only one in that department, be patient and wait your turn. She will get to you with excellent service and a smile.
I appreciate the help here at Ferguson. David helped me with what I needed. I wanted a part next day. I called him around 3pm. Next morning he had it. I greatly appreciate the effort he made. Also they have alot in stock. From tools to small plumbing parts they had what I needed. I will be coming by more often.
Very helpful staff, they have tools, plumbing supplies, and anything else you may need for your bath project.
