Everyone was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately they did not have the part we needed. It's too old, no longer make it, so we will need a new faucet.

When i built out my restaurant 4 years ago i bought EVERYTHING from Ferguson and had an AMAZING customer service experience. Stopped in to the lighting showroom today to look at some pendant lighting for my bar and had the opposite experience. The lady waiting on us could not have been less interested & knew NOTHING about lighting. In fact, her demeanor bordered on rude! I was excited about spending another chunk of change with them but left empty handed. 100% WON'T BE BACK...
