Horrible Customer Service in the Parts Department! The Guy had no interest in his job , also bad attitude! I gave him all my contact information & provided him the actual part needed . I knew it would be necessary to order the part . He said he would contact me the next day & it’s been over a month & No Response! I knew when I spoke with him , he would not respond. I ordered the part through Amazon . Received it in two days . I’m done with Ferguson’s ! Bad Customer Service!!!
