We were trying to work with Kat at the Spokane showroom since early December to order a sink. She never got back to us. We bought the most gorgeous sink somewhere else and it was delivered today.
I've been calling to order parts for the second time this week. No one has answered. Tried calling Spokane.. no answer. In frustration, tried Kalispel, no answer. I am literally on hold as I write this review. I have no idea what their business is, but it sure isn't selling to the public! First rule of sales, make it easy to take your customer's money. So, this is.. was.. your customer, telling you, I'll do business with your competitor.

5 phone calls 7 transfers 2 "we will call you right backs" several different people...All to order a simple shower rebuilt kit listed on their website, I HAD THE PART NUMBER FOR!! 3.5 hours later I am still waiting on a call back and still no part. Most frustrating parts order EVER.
They had just what I needed when everyone else was out of stock.
