VERY nice people and explained what I needed to do in detail to fix my toilet issue
Great service. and had exactly what I needed. Person that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the prices where on par with that of the big box stores. Would recommend for your plumbing needs.
Amazing customer service! Shawn kept in communication with us the whole way through and got us fixed up when our hot water heater went out!
I do not recommend Ferguson for any construction projects . The counter guys are great but the inside sales team is sub par . I would recommend Winston Water Cooler , Morrison or Winn Supply . Get someone who will have your back if they mess up .
Horrible customer service! If you're not a contractor and you walk in there looking for something don't even bother. I was treated as if I was stupid is simply because I was a woman.
