Not sure how this place stays in business. Went in here to look for a valve and the guy pretty much just laughed at me and they didn't even bother to even touch the valve and even try to look at it to figure out if they had it. They would rather just sit there eat their food laugh and pretty much just dismiss me because they didn't feel like dealing with me at the time I guess. As a service plumber, I’m calling Ferguson almost on a daily basis. The guys in Altamonte are always in a good mood and ready to help with whatever is you’re looking for. I see a lot customers go there that aren’t plumbers and they give them the same respect and time as the people that are in there regularly.
The best crew they can have is that the Altamonte store. Dennis has been the best manager that store has had. James and Brice are what bring this Trio together
