The staff here is amazing!! I came in trying to fix my broken tub spout. Unfortunately the brand I had required a wider diameter internally and I had a very difficult time finding the correct spout. They helped me research it until the correct part/model was found. This saved me so much time and money!! I was able to order the correct part, and it took less than 5 minutes to install. I appreciate their time and efforts to go above and beyond. I definitely recommend this place!
They were friendly and got me out in good time
I think Anthony Anderson may have been who helped me but this place went above and beyond. I had ordered a shower fixture elseware and it was late and the plumbers were at my house needing the valve for the fixture. They were the third place I had gone. I walked in having no idea what I needed and not only did Anthony spend forever trying to figure out exactly what valve I would need but honestly all the people at the desk that didn't have other customers started trying to do some research for me on their computer too.
