If you're a trucker delivering here make sure you bring your A game. This is the tightest dock I've been to in my 4 years of driving. It was definitely made with cab overs and day cabs in mind, not sleepers. I was told I was a week early but they were cool and unloaded me anyways. Staff were very nice, my only gripe is the dock layout.
It's too bad that I have to resort to a bad review, but maybe if enough of us write about the poor post service support, the company will get the message and make changes. We recently did a master bath remodel with nearly every plumbing item coming from Ferguson (total spend with them >$12K). Everything was fine until the installation of one of the vanity faucets, which had a defective part. Scott was very rude refused to honor a warranty even argued with the employee at state and made me so embarrassed I loaded up my hot water heater and left!
After using this place for 10 years + I finally decided to stop giving them my business over a year ago. The place went downhill and was falling apart quickly. Not even going to waste my time typing out all the issues I had, but it was unprofessional and unacceptable. I steer all of my customers clear of this place. Don’t waste your time with Ferguson.
