Scott was very rude refused to honor a warranty even argued with the employee at state and made me so embarrassed I loaded up my hot water heater and left!
After using this place for 10 years + I finally decided to stop giving them my business over a year ago. The place went downhill and was falling apart quickly. Not even going to waste my time typing out all the issues I had, but it was unprofessional and unacceptable. I steer all of my customers clear of this place. Don’t waste your time with Ferguson. Great people, easy unload took them 30 minutes for a full trailer, great service
I had a really bad experience with black guy working in the front desk he was very mean, I was very regret spending around $10,000 that week and I will never give them my business anymore
