I can never get ahold of them and they never return calls used to use them a lot but there customer service is horrible on some cases I’ve called no Les then 20 time and left multiple voice mails only to get a response a week later or longer
Been working on replacing my tankless gas water heater myself. Ran into a challenge getting the cold air intake/exhaust hooked back up. Other plumbing supply stores had never seen that type of vent and thought it was unusual. Two employees at Ferguson knew exactly what I needed, gave me recommendations, and got me the parts I needed. Very professional and helpful. Huge relief. Great shop.
