Been working on replacing my tankless gas water heater myself. Ran into a challenge getting the cold air intake/exhaust hooked back up. Other plumbing supply stores had never seen that type of vent and thought it was unusual. Two employees at Ferguson knew exactly what I needed, gave me recommendations, and got me the parts I needed.
