Excellent help, very courteous
Why keep a location open if there's no employees. I would've been better off driving the extra few minutes to go to moore supply. 2nd time ive waisted part of my day thinking I could slip in real quick and grab a cartridge.
Dave was so helpful! He took the time to micro manage the printer not having paper and doing a return for a client all while trying to teach a customer how to swipe their debit card but in the meantime training a female coworker who looked more lost than a Venezuelan Refugee!!!
